I'm not gonna believe a word your website says mostly because I never heard of it.
But with that said, I wouldn't doubt it at all. They insert special forces before they do anything. If there is anything going on, they are most likely Navy Seals and or Army Rangers, or the British equivalent.
The 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit is on a ship in the ocean, not on the ground in Libya.
