1. You were offered a domain for free, you
OPTED to buy one YOU wanted.
2. You were provided a design for the site, you did not like it, you
OPTED to pay for a 2nd.
3. You would disappear for long stretches when the designer was trying to complete work.
4. You wanted me to provide you a brand new video CMS for free, I refused.
5. Your server stopped the CRON on your end that pulled new updates. I do not control that.
6. I actually helped you long after the 6 month agreement term.
7. You were offered a refund, you refused. Once more, a choice
you made.
That was despite the delays and you vanished over and again during this project. Or not getting back to the coder and designer on their requests. You show up something like three months later ranting and raving because I was running some promotion at that time for (whatever) cheaper than you had paid.
Only
then did you want a refund and making all of these other wild allegations. The emails back and forth easily show this time line and the original beef behind your complaints and threats. Once I CC'd your threats and claims to the others involved, you really went ballistic. I told you that they had a right to see your allegations, as you were making threats and claims.
Now, all of this said, I still said I would have refund your $1500.00 IF you turned over the complete site. You refused. You responded with all kinds of threats of small claims and so forth. At that point you made your decision, and were saying you were going to sue. So I left you to it. I have not heard from you since September 2010.
Additionally, you were given more help and assistance far beyond the originally part of the deal. Not only on all of the design revision work for this site, but your gambling design work as well. You made the choice to pay for extra design work (when one was provided for free), and your own domain (despite one provided for free). You would disappear or take long intervals in between design revisions slowing down your project. Despite all of your insane rantings, threats, and bullshit about being mad of a lower priced offer more than a year later from your original purchase....
You were offered a refund on the original $1500.00 and you just had to turn over the site you were claiming
was of no use to you. So there was no reason to keep the design and domain now was there? You refused that offer as well.
Don't go crying about it another 6 months later. You made your choice. Much like Simon.
