To clarify my point; if .xxx is blocked (or selectively filtered out) by a majority of ISPs and governments ? the argument cannot be made that by segregating porn to a blocked TLD is not prohibition but "separate but equal" segregation (public safety censorship).
Of course, this will only work in countries where pornography is protected free speech. India outlaws the production of pornography as do many other countries such as China, Singapore and many others.
OK, it's a "Hail Mary" pass but it might work to bankrupt ICM and Lawley ...
