Most celebs do business as legal entities ( corporation, LLC etc). All corporations have Resident Agents that are required by state law to accept legal service for the celeb's corporate entity. A corporation's Resident Agent has both the legal obligation and fiduciary responsibility by law to make sure that the addressed officer of the corporation receives the letter.

Sent the letter certified return receipt (Domestic USA less that $10.00).

Finding that celebs place and name of incorporation might be a problem ...
