I really hate to discuss this kind of stuff in public but enough is enough
I have my plastic card since December, I had to provide my docs: Id with pic and address proof.
If I have my card since December then this mean that my account has been verified and indeed it is well noticed at the top paxum website ----> (Verified Account)
Yesterday when I was attepting to renew some domain names my payment was declined due to unverified address.
I login to paxum and there was two lines of text asking my docs - WTF? - I sent 2 emails one to
[email protected] and one hour later other to
[email protected] ... it's been almost 24 hours and no reply of any kind!
Today I started a ticket at the paxum website and they replied that I had to upload my docs, all this without even justify why I had to do it again.
I did it, one phone bill, my Id card with photo and my driver's licence with photo ... and waited .... waited .... already replied to the ticket asking some update and not reply so far ...
I repeat, I REALLY HATE to talk this kind of stuff in public but enough is enough.
I understand the need for docs but what I don't understand is the lack of communication of your support!
So please anyone from PAXUM can give me some REAL update?
