Wake up an smell the roses (better said the reek of dead bodies).
Every major nation's intel agency is active these days in Libya and they have been there for a long time... US, UK (remember the MI-6 men held by the rebels prior to the current NATO military action)? Probably FSB (Russia), Chinese intelligence, General Directorate for External Security (French: Direction Générale de la Sécurité Extérieure, or DGSE) and others ...?
