as you can see, there's nothing like fake porn. It's porn or it isn't. If it's in any sort of media or graphic depiction, it's porn. In any case, it would be staged sex against non-staged sex. And btw, unless it comes from a hidden cam without knowledge, people is doing porn, the only thing that changes is the props and that the performers may not be professionals. Otherwise (the hidden cam scenario) they're having sexual intercourse (or you can call it real sex with no porn intention)
