Most, if not all, cyberlockers are within 24 hours. Oron is really the exception. I've never had a Megaupload take more than a day. Megaupload isn't as popular with the UPLOADERS because the payouts can't compete with what Fileserve and Filesonic offer. DOWNLOADERS love MU but not the uppers. Oron is a sham outfit that's throwing a lot of money around right now (buying PornBB.org) but the downloaders still hate the service.
