AaronM - If you had an issue with me or Moniker, there was no reason to verbally and publically attack me. There are other ways of communicating. I'm sorry for any inconvenience Moniker had caused you. The past is the past, it's there for a reason. Let's leave it there and hopefully try and make peace.

Let me be perfectly clear that YOU caused the inconvenience, not Moniker. Since I was transferred to a decent rep things have gone very smoothly and I highly value Moniker and the professional and competent rep who handles my account.
