hey there-
about the movie, the intro scene where the two guys are talking in the doorway could have been better. Once they move inside the quality jumps dramatically.
its a pretty good short film actually, has a lovecraft/poe kind of feel to it and i would recommend submitting it to some key genre film festivals for exposure.
its hard to make money with short films, but at least you can use them to get your name out there.
a few which come to mind are
1)lovecraft film festival held in portland every year in october. this film is right up their alley.
2)
http://www.screamfestla.com/ scream fest in los angeles would be a good bet. also in oct, they are accepting submissions now.
3)
http://www.nychorrorfest.com/submissions.php accepting submissions now.
there are others but i would suggest staying within the horror/fantasy genres cuz uppity lame ass mainstream festivals like sundance etc usually scoff at genre films.
