depends what you are looking to accomplish. I'd like to drop 15-20 pounds. Cardio burns calories. You can only do so much free weights in a work out, no reason you can't finish it off with 30 mins of cardio.

nothing special about it really. pretty much low fat, low cholesterol, low sodium and high protein. Key point is small portions and eating every 3-4 hours.
