Those promos have now been going for so many months that they are almost not promos any longer but more and more intregrated part of the affiliate program. Either because of fierce competition or because of bad imagination in thinking up new/different promos.
Nevertheless, $222 PPS is a very good deal and something which is hard to compete with.
