Thats pretty much what this country club does, which is nice. They have a wedding planner that works with the couple on colors, themes, etc. You can provide your own settings and plate ware, however they won't be responsible for washing them.
The nice thing you get the ENTIRE club house from 2pm on that day and the wedding planner told us he's been there at late as 2am in the mornings. You can't bring your own alcohol or food, but their prices for food are very reasonable and with booze, if you pend $1,000 on their bar (is a consumption or cash bar) the venue is free.
He showed us some pricing on open vs consumption bars and the consumption bars were always less, and he has 2.5 years of data, so I'll take his word for it

Plus, I can make it beer/wine only and cash for liquors, or even have liquor for certain hours.
Still, after all said and done, its a big expense either way. Just sucks that I'll be the one footing the bill
