I often see people asking for transfers between their prepaid debit cards and paypal and I wonder if those people know they can use those debit cards as funding sources in Paypal, no x-fer needed?

Just add it as a credit card under profile, add/edit credit card. Instantly added. Make sure you have the correct address tied to the card. Contact them for it, or both Paxum and Payoneer show you that info in your account.

When paying someone just select that account as the funding source during the transaction.
