I'm hoping the lady was confused and just phrased it wrong.
I am assuming that they want me to fill out my admin or tech info with their information.
They made it sound as if they are going to pretty much build a site for me, using my photoshop file, and their merchant account. The issue has to do with visa requiring them being listed somewhere on the whois for them to work with me.
I think the lady wasn't sure what she was talking about, she just asked me to write someone else regarding which area they need changed.
