Actually, I'm giving it a proper title. Which is why the next sentence doesn't capitalize it.
I'm not an English major, nor claim to be one. However I do understand the difference between Home Country and Birth Country, being that they are vastly different.
And, yeah... we know Not really means you don't agree, and the context of my post was about those words, which would mean, you don't agree that they mean something different from each other, when they do.
