That's because nobody would ask that question, it would be a statement made, not a question asked... Many Irish, Italians and others from all over are very proud of their families home country. Heck, the Irish have a freaking Holiday for it.

I would answer those... I'm from Texas, my hometown is some shit box town near Dallas.
Those are clearly very different, just like home country and birth country are clearly different.
If you can't get the difference between your own questions, I don't really expect you to get the difference between Home and Birth either.
