Typical Chinese MO is to put up a web catalog with absolutely no inventory on hand, the only criteria being pictures that look good, and only go into production once they have an order, many times trying their best to imitate products they have only seen pictures of - the same pictures you saw when you ordered the product.
Using pictures of someone else's products is a dead giveaway.
