The purpose of police is to
1/ protect society
2/ protect the security of the establishment
In the middle ages the court system was just a procedure for nobles or farmers to have peasants arrested. There is little changed!
If a judge is told by police there is a likely chance you are a serial murderer then he will lock you away and take the gamble that you might be innocent.
Once you understand the logic of the above (protect society), it's trivially obvious that the justice system is actually GUILTY until proven INNOCENT.
I'm the messenger here and you're all doing a witch hunt so you can go ahead and all tell the police to GFY if you think that's going to help you.
But one last time, you all believe NOT to talk to police based on the
SINGLE FACT THAT THE POLICE MAY TWIST YOUR WORDS
Yes give them an inch and they will take a mile, but if you can convince the detective you didn't do much wrong you have a policeman on your side in court, as opposed to the police prosecutor using the evidence any way he wants against you.
