You're referring to Nubile's tube script, correct? It's great. I can't believe they give it away. Many sponsors have preformmated cvs files that you can use to import, but you can import just about anyone's hosted tube clips. I haven't played with the code/css, but the stock templates look good, but maybe a little overused.

TubeX from JMB. It's amazing, especially considering the price, and JMB has a great reputation for service and support.
It's not too hard to modify the templates so it doens't look like everyone else's tube site. Here's mine:
