this really is the key, at least it is for me. i've discovered a direct correlation b/w carbs and amount of activity. there's a fuck load we don't know about carbs, but i do know i FEEL a lot better when i get to eat carbs. and they are just plain fun to eat. like fat. fun fun fun.
even gluten. i went 9 months, no shit gluten-free, not once gluten, getting all my carbs from non gluten sources. then started eating gluten (pancakes, marie callendar chicken pot pies, etc), no change in how i felt. that's not to say others don't have an allergy to gluten or whatever it may be that causes issues with it.
