The porn business for sites paying this money is crap because the customers when they do eventually convert don't stay long, cancel ot charge back. If you're selling crap, expect crap sales and returns.

You missed the part about English speaking, so Czech actors might be a problem.
Then getting amateur girls can also be a problem and paying them little even more of a problem, what if they get up and walk off or don't turn up or decide they don't like someone or a number of reasons it can turn pear shaped.

Or give it to a content broker and sell it to a DVD company?
Or sell stills to some magazines, video to a content broker and video to a DVD company?
Or sell video to cable companies, sell stills to some magazines, video to a content broker and video to a DVD company?
Serious partners were offering $2500.
Don't under estimate broke sponsors ability to afford decent content.
