I am REALLY sorry about the problem you've had. I already answered your email, but I have escalated this to our manager and am literally breathing down their neck to get this resolved.
In the future, speaking to everyone, if you ever have a problem, please email me directly at
[email protected] with your ticket ID (it's just easier if you already have a ticket open, but you can email me the moment you've opened the ticket) and I will escalate the case.
I am online during the weekend, too, so I don't ignore email at all, I promise.
