Payoneer sucks and is uncompetitive here's why:

-3% surcharge on FOREX (ie if we take out cash from our USD account in EUROPE 3% extra is billed on top of actual rate)
-$5 instant loading fee to put funds on mastercard
-No peer to peer transfers
