general entertainment in what sense? celebs, movies, tv, gaming? why rule cpa out so quickly? there's tons of shit you can hurl at the entertainment crowd. if you're so general you're covering all these areas, why not break down your promotions by category? i've had really good luck on general entertainment traffic with browser based games. i miss the travian on neverblue, i cleaned house with that offer. some other networks have picked it up since, but it's just not the same. for movies you got netflix and blockbuster cpas, gaming, lots of obvious choices. for music you can push ringtones, sheet music, learn guitar stuff. entertainment in general is a pretty broad area to work in, but cpa offers a lot you can play around with. if you're really hurting for ideas you can always revert to the standard fares, weight loss, mainstream dating, russian brides etc etc.
