Granted, it looks like a nice condo, but there are nice places in Makati for 30,000 pesos a month, now that is 13,000 more, but in the long run you will probably be 30,000 a month in front on taxi fares without the risk and hassle. Im not critisizing your place, 17,000 is good, but even 100 metres out of the action in manila is too far.

 Thanks, that's exactly what I meant and I am still here and the taxi situation has not changed. As far as texting or calling to complain if you get quoted some ridiculous rate, this is what the taxi driver will do -->
