I don't have a problem with this either. It was professionally done. Don't give me a sob story about how the kid thought she was in trouble; This is something that we need to go through and her mother and father were right there the entire time.
Kids are not exempt from security procedures. The moment they are, it's game over. Because your going to have some terrorist who get explosives in there.
Everyone goes through the same security procedures, or no one flies. Period. You have people like this who are going to bitch, and then you have people who will sue when their planes get blown up. It's a no win situation.
I have a ten year old kid. I'd be fine with her being searched like that as long as it's professional.
