First let me address a typo within the email - 11:59pm EST Friday, April 17th 2011 being the deadline - that is infact a typo it is suppose to read 11:59pm EST Sunday, April 17th 2011.
Non us/canadian account holders do need to provide two forms of ID and proof of address. You can work with our verification team to get you up to speed and the best way to do this is to communicate DIRECTLY WITH THEM.
As stated many times before remote employees such as my self - ruth & Al do not have access to verification documents or any personal account information of yours so we can not see exactly the reason they are requesting more documents from you.
Now with that said - we did infact yesterday send out emails to accounts holders that still have not verified their account or if they have started the verification process and they need to finish or fix an issue with one of the forms of ID. This was an AUTOMATED process that scanned for accounts that where not 100% in compliance. There very well could be errors with this so you will need to submit a ticket and work with them to get it sorted out. If you have made arrangements before with verification and got approved let them know that when you submit your ticket.
As stated in the email aswell all account functionality will remain intact during this process. If you can not meet the verifications process we are requesting after the deadline your card will still work and the funds currently on it will be available to you and after the deadline all other forms of withdraw will still work just card functionality will not be restored until you get this resolved with us.
Again the way to resolve this issue is to work directly with the verification team by opening a ticket.
