In keeping with our KYC (Know Your Customer) policy we are requesting that some customers reupload their Picture or Address ID's.

In these cases a request was initially made via the Paxum Account Admin to resubmit those documents. That message had been clearly on display for all concerned parties to see on the entry page of their Paxum accounts for the last two weeks.

Due to limited response via these account notices, and our obvious need to ensure all verification documentation is correct, we sent an email to those clients in order to prompt action.

If you have received this email notification please resubmit the requested documentation ASAP.

If you have received this email and you're unsure why, or you believe you have received it in error, please CONTACT SUPPORT DIRECTLY via your account Message Center (by opening a ticket) or by emailing [email protected]


Some clients previously made arrangements with our verification department regarding their documentation when they signed up. If you did this, please contact support directly to appraise them of this information. We always prefer to work with our customers to come to a satisfactory solution for everyone involved.

It is for the greater good of ALL our clients that we ensure customer compliance with these highly important rules and regulations.
