The real gem in this is the terms... overage fees:
"Additional data transmission is charged at 5¢/MB for all for all domestic data plans 500MB+ excluding flex rate plans. While roaming in the U.S., data transmission charges of 0.6¢/kB apply. While roaming internationally, data transmission charges of 3¢/kB apply."
That's 5 cents a MB. Roaming fees within North America are a whopping $0.06 a kB!
