i am well aware of the kyc rules, and i think the point you are missing is , there is no policy requiring you to ask for the same id multiple times.

i would imagine people who already verified their account will/have ignored this message as they already uploaded documents

heres an idea.. if you sent verification emails "in error", why don't you contact those people and tell them you are sorry for the confusion.

i think you are trying to say , some clients have already sent in their id.. i think many people here are trying to tell you the same thing.

heres a simple solution..
if(client != verified){ send verification email} else { don't send email , they are already verified }

seriously.. no offense but fuck off with the shit talk. nobody is asking why you are asking for id , nor are they upset about being asked for id, they are asking WHY ARE YOU ASKING ME TWICE. It doesn't help me or any of your other clients to ask for the same id twice.

heres 3 ways/reasons to ask for id.

if user != verified
#1 you havent sent any , send it now
if user = verified
#2 there is a problem with your documents
if paxum = made-a-mistake
#3 we lost your id and need a second copy
