[email protected]. If you believe you received the notice in error, then please ask them why you received the notice and if it applies to you.
Our KYC was recently adjusted, and now we do require color uploads for all photo ID's where before we would also accept black and white versions. Also, upon further examination of previously submitted documents some of the initial ID uploads for some accounts have been determined to be black and white, grainy, low-quality, unclear, etc, or perhaps simply not provided (some clients had special agreements with verification to provide documents at a later date). Any of these reasons could have initiated the request.
The best way to find out why specifically you have been asked is to contact support directly since they have full access to your account information and history.
We're not trying to screw anyone over at all, and this is nothing personal. I also have to reupload my address proof.
This is a measure we have to take for the good of ALL our clients; to make sure that all Paxum accounts are in full compliance.
