I have been speaking to this guy, and verotel explained the issue to his developer countless times, I will help him sort this out, as I know what is needed as a response on his systems, since it is falling down at a check script which verotel uses to make sure the payment has been logged correctly, as the output is from the servers.
I would of thought they would of offered to do it all for him, but from what I have seen, his developer couldn't work out what they were telling him, and it was pretty direct as to where it was failing.
