I can think of at least 30 ways google can check your bounce rate, heres just one....you work out the rest.
Person does a search on google, clicks on your dumb ass website, does not like it, clicks the back button. GOTCHA. Google uses all sorts of ways and techniques to gain an overall impression of a websites bounce rate that a dumb ass like you could never even comprehend.
