PS Nice domain.
Move to the north woods and you can live large on 3K per month.
Just nurse that domain for 3K a month and retire and watch TV all day or argue with Will all day or something.
But the living is cheap and easy (and cold) from Idaho over thru MN if you got a mere 3K a month.
2K will suffice and you will still be drinking Coronas. Plus who needs to pay lots of t*xes. Keep it under 24K a year and still live reasonably well.
