Personally, I think it'd be a horrible idea from a business perspective. First, TMM would have to raise their license fees by probably 10% to fund the new disputes & resolutions center, where every affiliate who has a payment problem would lodge a complaint. Then there's the ordeal of having to decide who is and isn't a paying affiliate, which is almost never black & white. Then there's the legalities side, and TMM getting sued for punitive damages for unjustly shutting off a license. And the list goes on, and on, and on.
