I use this mouse for everything including Photoshop. It's both good and bad.
It's GOOD because it's multi-touch sensitive. Your fingers can flick pages, zoom in, move left/right up down. It understands gestures just like an iphone 4 and is very easy to learn and master.
It's BAD because its a little too small. I'm 6'3" and therefore have big hands and long fingers and if I position myself so that the back of my hand is on the back of the mouse, the front edge of the mouse ends where my middle knuckles are. In other words, my knuckles are where my finger tips should be. This is a serious design flaw in my head. Apple's mice should be larger in size similar to Microsoft's or Logitech's.
Otherwise, it's still a killer mouse.
