not a surprise, I've been discussing this issue with my clients FOR YEARS. In the end, I'll do whatever the client wants, but I always tell them about this so they can make an informed decision.

About these last ones, I doubt anyone ever clicked on those, they're extremely annoying, absolutely disrupting and a bad experience as a whole. But well, CPA companies charge on impressions so they couldn't care less about results for advertisers.
