That is when EMC2Billing created the offshoot EMC2Payouts, which became the marketing arm for I-Payouts Systems (IPS) adult related eWallet platform.
Because we (EMC2Billing/EMC2Payouts), were unable to negotiate full management of the platform, the plan is now to move over to our own software/platform in May, and no longer use ISP platform come the beginning of June.
