I think it's funny all the photogs saying they wouldn't hire her, and oh my gosh how could anyone...
Well, it's pretty simple and goes something kinda like this.
The girl has a current, valid test. Which means she "can" work in adult.
So whomever she hangs around with in her private life has no bearing... right?
In other words, you'd hire her just as you would any other adult model.
If you say no, then that means (by logical argument) that you wouldn't hire any adult actresses because of who should *might* be associating with in her private life.
