I know for a fact that OSHA has dolled out 14K fines to, two producers that i know personally. I have seen the fines myself. These fines were because the shot the little gay kid "Benedict" Burts without a condom. And when they shot him, he too had a clean test.

Keep in mind this is a very real fine. My friend has already dropped 5K on an attorney who will fight this. But thats 5K that he will never get back.


But his test was clean.... OSHA doesn't give a shit and don't want to hear it!!

The only way to do that is to avoid the "Known Dangers" and hope for the best on the unknown dangers.
