Interesting that you post this. For the past few days I've noticed several HP officers driving considerably under the speed limit - in one instance they were unmarked going 47 on a two lane road zoned for 55. Maybe I'm just suspicious but it seemed to me like he was trying to goad me into passing him so he could give me a ticket for 'unsafe driving' or some such nonsense.
