Exactly. Does anyone have any idea why police don't enforce the lane courtesy laws currently on the books?

Anyone friends with a cop in California that can ask? I'm frankly sick of their enforcement of convenience... speed laws & domestic violence are their forte... everything else goes unenforced.

Does anyone know who we can talk to to make some productive change happen? Something needs to be done about this problem.
