I don't know about Webair, I had an account with them some time ago and for what I paid, it was OK, nothing to complain about. But lately I'm noticing a tendency on hosting companies to suck and suck and suck harder, mainly when it comes to customer support. And I'm talking some of the biggest adult hosting companies, not some fly by night. Won't give any names, but it's a very worrying tendency.
Right now I'm dealing with a very known hosting company that in a (quite legit) effort to secure their servers for my client did such a mess they don't have a fucking idea what they did. When requesting support, it takes 24 hours or more (no exception to this rule) and only one guy knows something, everybody else is a fucking ignorant. It's such a retarded thing that I need to PROVE them basic things like PHP commands (they seem to not know a single one), apache installation, basic server architecture and such.
Problem is they not only are ignorant, they argue based on their ignorance so you need to provide them with documentation on the subject. Needless to say I'm learning a lot trying to explain them why they're wrong!

Long story short, I was dealing with these guys for 3 (three) months and basically had to rebuild the server because the owner didn't want to delete anything (he has an active site) and he didn't want to change hosting. I'd have said goodbye 3 months ago, sooner or later that crap will explode.
The sad part is this is becoming more and more common between hosting companies: 1 supervisor that knows his work and stays like 3 hours a day and a bunch of idiots who barely know how to turn on a computer, things similar to the above happened to me 3 times in one year, very serious issues, always on dedicated managed servers. One of the (very known) companies even stole 2 hard disks from us!
