You send wms to program, and you see number of refs on Nats ref. page. Everything counts ok, then number of refs fall down and stuck on that X number.

Support says all is counting ok, but they cant set numbers of refs track/show to be normal (and i still see how much i made on Nats ref. page , but number of refs. is stucked).

Is this regular? Is that hard to fix that? Is all counted ok after that stuck? What do you think?
