Very few in this side of the business have a clue about what damages sales. They just blame everything but themselves. So long as they make instant money they're fine. Started a long time ago.
Paying people 50%+ to load the Internet with free porn.
Giving these people every possible support possible.
Selling crap porn.
Not responding to customers needs.
Hiding the cancel button.
Sending traffic to sites who would fuck them, the surfer and anyone else if they got the chance.
Sending traffic to Dating Sites, knowing full well free ones are available.
Selling surfers penis pills.
And a few other things that people think are fine.

I've known that giving away content would hurt them in the end. I was told by Steve Easton who ran APIC. And been telling them for a decade.
Yes all was fine until, BW crashed in price, Internet speeds upped to a level that meant pirating was easy. Now they blame everyone else.
I'm a broken record. But it's still fuck the customer, if we have enough traffic (give away enough free porn) all will be fine.
