Honestly you answered your own question.
I would not give you the 9$ that it takes to register them. I have no use for them.
So finding someone who does you could make the sale.
I remember a few years back a guy was here posting about some domains he sold. Made like 29$ per domain. So a clear 20$ profit.. a lot of the guys were making fun because at the time others were selling domains in the K and 10's of K profit range.
what they did not know was that he was selling on average of 100 to 500 of them a week.
Profit is profit. If someone pays you then you earned.
