Live longer & Eat Healthier or Eat Shit & Die Sooner?
I'm watching this thing on Dr. Oz showing how eating a plant based diet over a western meat and fried food diet will not only lower your risk of cancer, diseases and diabetes, but also allow you to live longer.
Not sure if I could live on a "plant" only diet. That means, no meats, cheeses, fish, etc.
Live longer... or eat some of my furry friends and die sooner? Tough question
