Life is best when lived to the fullest. You have to be smart but there is also room for taking calculated chances. Don't be a slave to something that affects the overall quality of your life. The only thing thats constant is time. The minutes of your life keep ticking away so use your time wisely.

I believe the word you're looking for is 'moderation'.
You
should eat fruits and veggies daily. You still
can eat meat daily (among the other things). However, you should not eat an all meat diet or an all veggie diet. Same with the no carbs, and the rest. You typically do not need to cut out
ALL salt,
ALL sugar or whatever (unless you have a health condition).
But you should be
mindful of what you are eating and find the balance.
