Its the other way around. Remove the foreskin, and take care of the cock, it wont grow back...
BUT... Take care of the removed foreskin, and the cock and person will grow back. You get a dupe person - Exactly the same as the first - Its actually called 'cloning'
But people don't believe it so they throw the foreskin away.
I have a foreskin and I hate it. If I cut it off I wouldn't want it back - But I would want another me to grow even less, (incase it was an 'Evil Me' and came and killed me) so I keep it safe on my cock.
